Beautiful.

It's not often you find a relaxing hip hop tune, so I had to download it haha. The only creative criticism I can share with you is the cutout from the kick. A little less and the song will resonate. Keep it up and if you get the chance check out some of my work. Most of my songs are rated mediocre because a lot of people here don't listen to the song at least halfway through. Anyway! Peace.

Great work here.

First, it sounds great on my sub. The fact that you haven't delved into this genre until you made this loop is fascinating. I'd love to hear how you take this loop and tend to it until its a full song. I have no doubt in my mind that you could be in the top 3 the next dubstep contest. Keep at it and keep it up!

Thanks a lot for the ego boost :D I didn't have a plan at first, I did a lot of experimenting here and I just threw out the stuff that wasn't working and kept what sounded good. Next time hopefully I'll have it more planned out in my mind and I can take it to a full song. And if you make another contest I'll try to join it if I have time.

5/5 and 9/10! I really enjoyed the samples and the pick-up sounds from the build up. For constructive criticism I would have to say the bass could use some tweaking. Maybe add some 1 step LFO changes and some panning. Other than that, this song is sick! Keep at it.

5/5 and 9/10! You did a really good job with the build up to the beat. It's soothing with a pinch of horror. The only constructive criticism I can offer: Explode after a build up into something crazy. That seems to be the only missing piece to this musical puzzle. Keep at it!

And yeah, i understand what you mean by building up into a 'freestyle' of some sort haha, but i dunno - i always liked the deep vibes i somehow managed to lay down in this, and i rekon that if i put an 'explosion' into it somewhere - it might break the overall flow of the song...

But then again, i dunno... Im just real bad for leaving songs unfinished... For example, all the songs I have posted here on ng are unfinshed projects. I generally just draw a line at some point, and declare it 'finished' by posting it here... I'm not actually satisfied with the state of any of my songs.

as for the guy below me, hmm yeah... I wish him luck in the world :P

I like your style.

5/5 and 9/10! You definitely brought a different perspective to the term DUB. I loved the drum style and the bass was intense halfway through. The only constructive criticism I can offer is:

MORE BEATS!!

Thanks for the review. I don't listen to much dub, so I was sort of going on how I thought it should sound. I'll see what I can do about the drums. They were pretty minimal.
